服务条款
1. 服务是什么
My Tomo Space（下称「本平台」）把你上传的图片制作成可交互的桌面宠物：包括图像抠取、AI 生成的动作短片（「小剧场」）、以及运行在你电脑上的桌面客户端。AI 生成的结果具有随机性，我们以质检门禁控制出品质量。
2. 账号
注册需要有效邮箱。你有义务妥善保管密码；账号下的操作视为你本人所为。我们有权对滥用、欺诈或违反本条款的账号暂停或终止服务。
3. 定价与付费
价格以下单页面标示为准（当前档位：贴纸 £8 / 初醒 £10 / 灵动 £20 / 全能 £30，单动作加购 £5、长镜头 £10）。内测期间不产生任何实际扣费。正式收费开启前，我们会在页面上明确公告。
4. 三条不收费承诺
- 真人照片不开拍（隐私保护）——不收费；
- 疑似受版权保护的知名角色婉拒开拍——不收费；
- 质检不合格的素材不交付——对应部分不收费。
5. 你的内容与权利承诺
你保证对上传的图片拥有权利或已获授权，且不包含他人肖像、他人受版权保护的角色或违法内容。你保留上传内容的权利；为完成制作，你授予本平台把该图片提交给第三方 AI 服务处理、并存储与展示制作结果的必要许可。违反本条承诺造成的后果由你承担，本平台有权拒绝制作并移除相关内容。
6. 桌宠广场
你可以申请把自己的桌宠上架「桌宠广场」出售副本。上架需通过官方审核；售价由官方在 £5–20 区间内确定；每售出一单，你获得成交价 20% 的创作版税，其余归平台。申请上架即授权平台复制、展示并向买家交付该桌宠成品；你可以随时下架（不影响已售出的副本）。平台有权基于品质或合规原因下架任何摊位。
7. 禁止行为
不得上传或传播：侵犯他人权利的内容、他人的照片、色情暴力违法内容；不得攻击、爬取或滥用本平台服务；不得转售非本人权利的成品。
8. 免责与责任限制
本平台按「现状」提供服务，不保证不中断、无错误。在法律允许的最大范围内，本平台对间接损失不承担责任；对任一订单的责任总额以你为该订单实际支付的金额为限。
9. 变更与终止
我们可能更新本条款，重大变更会在网站公告。你可以随时停止使用并要求删除账号（见隐私政策）。

Terms of Service
1. The service
My Tomo Space ("the platform") turns an image you upload into an interactive desktop pet: image cutout, AI-generated motion clips ("stage acts"), and a desktop client that runs on your computer. AI output is inherently variable; a quality gate controls what ships.
2. Accounts
Registration requires a valid email. Keep your password safe; activity under your account is deemed yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are as shown at checkout (currently: Sticker £8 / Awakened £10 / Lively £20 / All-Round £30; add-on acts £5, long takes £10). Nothing is charged during the beta. We will announce clearly before real billing begins.
4. Three never-charged promises
- Real-person photos are never filmed (privacy) — never charged;
- Likely-copyrighted famous characters are declined — never charged;
- Takes failing our quality gate never ship — that part is never charged.
5. Your content & rights warranty
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use the images you upload, and that they contain no third-party likeness, copyrighted characters or unlawful content. You keep your rights; you grant the platform the licence needed to process the image with third-party AI services and to store and display the results. You are responsible for breaches; we may decline production and remove content.
6. Pet Plaza
You may apply to list your pet on the Plaza for sale of copies. Listings require review; the official price is set within £5–20; you earn a 20% creator royalty per sale, the remainder goes to the platform. Applying grants us the licence to copy, display and deliver the pet to buyers; you may delist at any time (already-sold copies unaffected). We may delist any stall for quality or compliance reasons.
7. Prohibited conduct
No uploading or distributing infringing content, other people's photos, or unlawful material; no attacking, scraping or abusing the service; no reselling works you have no rights to.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses; our total liability per order is capped at the amount you actually paid for it.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy).
