隐私政策
1. 我们收集什么
- 账号信息：邮箱、昵称（选填）。密码只以加盐哈希存储，我们无法看到原文；
- 你上传的图片与制作出的桌宠成品（贴纸、动作短片、档案卡内容）；
- 订单记录：套餐、金额、时间；
- 匿名浏览统计：页面浏览数与一枚随机浏览器标识（不含任何个人信息，仅用于数访客）；
- 你主动发来的反馈（邮件等）。
2. 用来做什么
制作与交付你的桌宠、维护账号与订单、发送必要的服务邮件（如验证码）、统计站点访问量、改进产品。我们不出售你的个人信息，也不投放第三方广告追踪。
3. 图片会去哪里（重要）
制作桌宠时，你的图片会被发送给以下第三方 AI 服务处理：火山引擎（视频生成）、快手可灵（视频生成，仅在需要时）、Anthropic Claude（内容审核与质量评审）。仅用于完成你的这次制作，不用于其它目的。快速贴纸档的抠图在我们自己的服务器上完成。
4. 真人照片政策
包含真实人物的照片不会被用于动作生成（自动拒绝且不收费）——这既是隐私保护，也是产品红线。
5. 存储与保留
你删除某只桌宠时，其成品与源图会一并删除；申请删除整个账号请邮件联系我们，我们会在合理时间内删除账号与关联数据（法律要求保留的交易记录除外）。
6. Cookie / 本地存储
我们使用浏览器本地存储保存：登录令牌、语言偏好、随机访客标识、订单进度引用。不使用第三方追踪 Cookie。
7. 你的权利
你有权访问、更正、导出或删除你的个人数据，撤回同意，以及向监管机构投诉（英国用户：ICO）。写信给 hello@mytomospace.com 即可行使。
8. 未成年人
本服务面向 13 岁及以上用户；16 岁以下请在监护人同意下使用。
9. 变更
政策更新会在本页发布，重大变更会额外公告。
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Account data: email, optional nickname. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — we cannot see them;
- Images you upload and the pets we produce (stickers, motion clips, character-card content);
- Order records: plan, amount, time;
- Anonymous view stats: page-view counts and a random browser identifier (contains no personal data; used only to count visitors);
- Feedback you send us (email etc.).
2. How we use it
To produce and deliver your pets, run accounts and orders, send essential service emails (e.g. verification codes), measure site traffic, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and run no third-party ad tracking.
3. Where your images go (important)
To produce a pet, your image is sent to these third-party AI processors: Volcengine (video generation), Kuaishou Kling (video generation, only when needed), Anthropic Claude (content check & quality review) — solely to complete your production. Sticker-tier cutout runs on our own server.
4. Real-person photo policy
Photos containing real people are never used for motion generation (auto-declined, never charged) — both a privacy safeguard and a product red line.
5. Storage & retention
Deleting a pet deletes its assets and source image. To delete your whole account, email us; we will erase the account and associated data within a reasonable time (except transaction records we must keep by law).
6. Cookies / local storage
We use browser local storage for: the sign-in token, language preference, the random visitor id, and order-progress references. No third-party tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator (UK: the ICO). Email hello@mytomospace.com to exercise these rights.
8. Children
The service is for users 13+; under-16s should use it with a guardian's consent.
9. Changes
Updates will be posted on this page; material changes will be announced.
